We will e-mail you with your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, confirmation of your collection time and address, a booking reference number and returns documents.

What happens next?

  • Print out the Air Way Bill and attach it to the outside of the parcel (there will be a label for each package plus an archive copy that you must give to the courier). Please print or save a copy of the Air Way Bill for your records – you can use this to track your return shipment
  • If you have been provided with a Returns Invoice for Customs, please print two copies and enclose one inside the package and a signed copy on the outside of the package with the Air Way Bill
  • Please do not seal your package until the driver has arrived to collect your return as they need to check the package first

RETURNS POLICY

  • Your returned item must arrive at the address given no later than 14 days after you receive the order.
  • We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the address within 14 days. Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this;
  • Please Note:Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Agora Curated monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
  • We do not Refund jewellery Only exchanges and repairs are considered
  • We do not accept returns for earrings of any type (costume or fine jewelry),
  • All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn, unused in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check the item thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or seals and before disposing of any original packaging;
  • All the item comes with a “security tag” this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded -Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
  • Beauty should be returned unmarked and in the original and undamaged packaging. The items should not be used even once. If the items are used the refund will not be procced
  • Candles and incense should be returned in original packing and cannot be used. Used or burned wicks will not be refunded.
  • If your item is faulty i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault then we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. If the item is damaged when received, a picture should be sent of the item to : hello@agoracurated.com within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery. Returns or refunds will not be accepted if you pass the 24 hour period.
  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods which have been made to order.
  • For Fine jewelry and Precious Jewellery, exchanges and repairs can be considered, if there is a default. Repairs will made if all original pieces and stones are sent back. If the stones and parts of the jewelry are missing or are not the original pieces you will be charged for the replacement for the same.
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
